Power Circuits

Using a voltmeter, check for battery voltage between PCM terminal No. 1 (constant battery power) and ground. Check for battery voltage at terminals No. 37 and 57 with ignition on. If battery voltage is not present, power is not being supplied from EEC power relay. See CIRCUIT TEST B in TESTS W/CODES article in the ENGINE PERFORMANCE section.
