Symptom No. 2

  1. Turn ignition on. Measure voltage at Red/Black wire terminal of main switch connector with driver's switch in UP position. Also measure voltage at Green/Black wire terminal of main switch connector with driver's switch in DOWN position. If battery voltage is present at both terminals, go to next step. If battery voltage is not present at both terminals, check main switch. See MAIN SWITCH TEST  under COMPONENT TESTING.
  2. Measure voltage at Red/Black wire terminal of driver's window motor connector with driver's switch in UP position. Also measure voltage at Green/Black wire terminal of driver's window motor connector with driver's switch in DOWN position.
  3. If battery voltage is present at both terminals, check window motor. See WINDOW MOTOR TEST  under COMPONENT TESTING. If battery voltage is not present at both terminals, repair wiring between main switch and window motor.
