Shutter Valve

Shutter valve stopper bolt is preset at factory. DO NOT adjust shutter valve stopper bolt. Remove shutter valve actuator. Ensure shutter valve rotates smoothly. See Fig 1 . Replace dynamic chamber if valve is stuck or does not rotate smoothly.
