Test No. 5

Turn ignition on. Turn power cut switch to ON position. Measure voltage at Black/White wire terminal of sub-switch connector. If battery voltage does not exist, repair wiring between sub-switch and fuse. If battery voltage exists, check sub-switch. See SUB-SWITCH TEST  under COMPONENT TESTS.
