Clearing Codes

Use New Generation Star (NGS) Tester (49 T088 0A0) to clear codes. Connect NGS tester to data link connector-2. See Figure . Refer t o operation manual for proper operation of NGS tester. Select CLEAR DIAGNOSTIC CODES function on tester and press trigger. Recheck for trouble codes to ensure all codes have been cleared from ECM memory.
