Air Control Valve Inspection

Remove air control valve. Apply about 15 in. Hg vacuum to switching valve port. See Fig 2 . Ensure switching valve opens. If switching valve does not open, replace air control valve.
Apply about 19 in. Hg vacuum to air relief valve port. See Fig 3 . Ensure air relief valve opens. If air relief valve does no t open, replace air control valve.
