System Inspection

Warm engine to normal operating temperature and operate at idle. Disconnect CANP solenoid vacuum hose leading to EVAP canister. Verify vacuum is not present. Place transmission in Neutral and depress accelerator pedal. Verify vacuum is present with accelerator pedal depressed. Disconnect purge flow sensor vacuum hose from intake manifold. Depress accelerator pedal and verify vacuum is present. If vacuum is not as specified, check vacuum hose and supply.
