Test No. 2

  1. Turn ignition on. Measure voltage at Red wire terminal of main switch connector with driver's switch in UP position. Measure voltage at Green wire terminal of main switch connector with driver's switch in DOWN position. If battery voltage exists at both terminals with switch in indicated position, go to next step. If battery voltage does not exist at both terminals, check main switch. See MAIN SWITCH TEST  under COMPONENT TESTS.
  2. Measure voltage at Red wire terminal of driver's window motor connector with driver's switch in UP position. Measure voltage at Green wire terminal of driver's window motor connector with driver's switch in DOWN position.
  3. If battery voltage does not exist at both terminals with switch in indicated position, repair wiring between main switch and driver's window motor. If battery voltage exists at both terminals, check window motor. See WINDOW MOTOR TEST  under COMPONENT TESTS.
