Clearing Codes

Use New Generation Star (NGS) Tool (49 T088 0A0) to clear codes. Connect NGS tool to data link connector 2. See Figure. Refer to operation manual for proper operation of NGS tool. Select CLEAR function on tool and press trigger. Recheck for diagnostic trouble codes to ensure all codes have been cleared from PCM memory.
