Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor

If CMP sensor circuit is open or shorted, a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) should set. See appropriate TESTS W/CODES article. If any DTCs are present, repair as necessary. CMP sensor component testing is not available from manufacturer.
