Crankshaft Position Sensor Resistance

Disconnect crankshaft position sensor connector. Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between terminals "A" and "B". See Fig 1 . Resistance should be as specified. Refer to specifications in the CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR RESISTANCE  table. If resistance is not as specified, replace crankshaft position sensor.
