Test No. 2

  1. Remove driver's door trim panel. Turn ignition on. Measure voltage at Green/Blue wire terminal of main switch connector with driver's switch in UP position. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Measure voltage at Red/Blue wire terminal of main switch connector with driver's switch in DOWN position. If battery voltage is present at both terminals with switch in specified position, go to next step. If battery voltage is not present at either terminal, check main switch. See MAIN SWITCH TEST  under COMPONENT TESTS.
  2. Measure voltage at Green/Blue wire terminal of driver's window motor connector with driver's switch in UP position. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Measure voltage at Red/Blue wire terminal of driver's window motor connector with driver's switch in DOWN position. If battery voltage is present at both terminals with switch in specified position, check window motor. See WINDOW MOTOR TEST  under COMPONENT TESTS. If battery voltage is not present at either terminal, repair Green/blue wire or Red/Blue wire between main switch and window motor.
