Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor: MPV

Disconnect CMP sensor connector. Check resistance between sensor terminals. If resistance is not 292-385 ohms, replace sensor. If resistance is 292-385 ohms, disconnect PCM connector. Connect breakout box to harness connector. Leave PCM disconnected. Check continuity of Blue wire and Blue/Green wire between sensor harness connector terminal "A" and breakout box terminal No. 85. Check continuity of Yellow wire between sensor harness connector terminal "B" and breakout box terminal No. 86.
