Resistance Inspection

  1. Disconnect the CMP sensor connector.
  2. Measure the resistance between CMP sensor terminals A and B using an ohmmeter.

    Specification 

    308-376 ohms 

    • If not as specified, replace the CMP sensor.
    • If CMP sensor resistance is okay, but PID value or PCM terminals 85 and 86 voltages are out of specification, perform Circuit Open/Short Inspection .
