Crankshaft Position (CKP) Sensor Removal/Installation

  1. Disconnect the CKP sensor connector.
  2. Remove the undercover.
  3. Remove the CKP sensor installation bolt.
  4. Install in the reverse order of removal.

    Tightening torque 

    1. 7.9-10.7 N.m {80-110 kgf.cm, 69.5-95.4 in.lbf} 
  5. Reconnect the CKP sensor connector.
    NOTE:
    • Do not forcefully pull the wiring harness of the CKP sensor.
  6. Adjust the air gap. (See CRANKSHAFT POSITION (CKP) SENSOR ADJUSTMENT .)
