Trunk Compartment Light Switch Inspection

NOTE:

The trunk compartment light switch is built into the trunk lock.

Remove the trunk lid trim. (See TRUNK LID TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
Disconnect the trunk compartment light switch connector.
Verify that the continuity between the trunk compartment light switch terminals is as indicated. See Fig 1.
- If not as indicated, replace the trunk lock.
