DTC P0123: TP Sensor Input High: Condition
When engine is running, PCM monitors input voltage at terminal No. 89. If voltage is more than 4.9 volts, DTC is set. Causes may include the following:
- Faulty TP sensor.
- Open in Brown wire between TP sensor harness connector terminal No. 3 and PCM harness connector terminal No. 91.
- Short to power between TP sensor harness connector terminal No. 2 (White wire) and PCM harness connector terminal No. 89 (Brown/Yellow wire).
- Faulty connector or terminal at TP sensor or PCM.
- PCM malfunction.
