Assembly Procedure
- Apply ATF to a new D-ring and install it onto the band servo piston.
D-ring Inner Diameter:
- Small D-ring: 29.4 mm {1.16 in}
- Large D-ring: 65.9 mm {2.59 in}
- Assemble the servo piston and servo retainer.
- Apply ATF to new O-rings and install them onto the servo retainer.
O-Ring Inner Diameter
- 72.9 mm {2.87 in}
- Install the servo return spring and servo retainer component into the transaxle case.
- Press the servo retainer component using the SSTs .
- Install the snap ring.
- Install the piston stem, washer, and nut to the band servo piston.
