Parking Brake Adjustment
- Start the engine and depress the brake pedal several times.
- Stop the engine.
- Turn the adjusting nut at the front of the parking cable.
- After adjustment, check the following points:
- Turn the ignition switch to ON, pull the parking brake lever one notch, and check that the parking brake warning light illuminates.
- Verify that the rear brakes do not drag.
