On-Board System Readiness Test Mode

On-Board System Readiness (OSR) test mode indicates OBD-II system operating status by indicating which monitor function has not been completed. Misfires, fuel system and comprehensive components are continuous monitoring-type functions. Catalyst, EGR system, EVAP system and oxygen sensor are monitored under drive cycles. OBD-II diagnostic system is initialized by performing DTC cancellation procedure or disconnecting negative battery cable.
