Steering Gear And Linkage Disassembly: Notes

CAUTION:

Place copper plates, rag, or similar material in a vise when securing the mounting bracket portion of the steering gear.

NOTE:

There are two types of boot bands: crimp type and screw type.
Crimp-type boot bands cannot be reused.

Disassemble in the order indicated.
