Window Glass, Rear Removal/Installation

NOTE:
  • This procedure is for both stationary and sliding glass windows.
  1. Remove the lower back trim.
  2. Remove the headliner; See HEADLINER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .
  3. Remove the 12 nuts.
  4. Remove the rear window glass.
  5. Install the rear window glass (1).
  6. Tighten the 12 nuts (2).
    1. Tightening torque 
      1. 2 N.m (20 kgf.cm, 18 in.lbf)

  7. Clean the area around the rear window glass.
    • Test the rear window glass for water leaks.
  8. Install the headliner; See HEADLINER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .
  9. Install the lower back trim.
