Power Outside Mirror Switch Inspection

Use an ohmmeter to check for the continuity between the given terminals of the following table for the side that is not operating correctly.

If the resistances are less than 5 ohms, return to the appropriate diagnostic pinpoint test. Otherwise, replace the power outside mirror switch; see POWER OUTSIDE MIRROR SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION  .
