Trouble Shooting

Verify the customer's concern by operating the engine to duplicate the concern. Prior to performing any testing, check system for obvious faults or damage:
- Battery case, posts, hold-down clamp, cables and connections.
- Generator drive belt.
- Generator pulley.
- Faulty fuses and fusible links.
- Loose or corroded connections.
- Damaged wiring harness.
- Battery charge warning indicator.
