Using A Fuel Injector Tester

  1. Remove the fuel injectors. See FUEL INJECTOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .
  2. Connect the fuel injector to the fuel injector tester.
  3. Measure the injection volume of each fuel injector.
    • If not as specified, replace the fuel injector.
    1. Injection volume 66-82 ml {66-82 cc, 2.3-2.7 fl oz}/15 s. 
  4. Complete the "AFTER SERVICE PRECAUTION". See AFTER SERVICE PRECAUTION .
