Removal & Installation

Disconnect the catalyst monitor sensor electrical connector.

Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to LIFTING .
NOTE:
- If necessary, lubricate the catalyst monitor sensor with Penetrating and Lock Lubricant to aid in removal.
Using the special tool, remove the catalyst monitor sensor.

NOTE:
- Apply a light coat of High Temperature Nickel Anti-Seize Lubricant to the threads of the catalyst monitor sensor to aid in installation.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
