Door Glass Front Removal/Installation

NOTE:
  • Position the door glass half-way up to gain access to the rivets.
  1. Remove the front door trim panel and watershield; see DOOR TRIM PANEL FRONT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .
  2. Remove in order shown in figure.
    1. Bolt
    2. Door glass run retainer
    3. Rivets
      • Support window glass before removing the rivets.
      • Use a drift punch to remove the steel centers and a 6.35 mm (1/4 in) diameter drill bit to remove the rivets.
    4. Door glass

  3. Install in reverse order of removal.
