Rear Quarter Window Glass: Removal
- Remove the rear door trim panel or quarter trim panel. See REAR DOOR TRIM PANEL .
- Remove the 4 rear quarter window glass nuts.NOTE:
- Use only a plastic windshield setting tool to slide under the rubber seal to separate the foam butyl from the glass. Once the glass starts to separate from the body, constant hand pressure will break the seal and the glass can be removed. Failure to use a plastic windshield setting tool can damage the body and the rubber seal.
- Remove the rear quarter window glass.
- Cut the adhesive from around the window.
