DTC P2407 DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE TABLE

STEP	INSPECTION		ACTION
1	VERIFY FREEZE FRAME DATA HAS BEEN RECORDED Has FREEZE FRAME DATA been recorded?	Yes	Go to the next step.
1		No	Record the FREEZE FRAME DATA on the repair order, then go to the next step.
2	VERIFY RELATED REPAIR INFORMATION AVAILABILITY Verify related Service Bulletins and/or on-line repair information availability. Is any related repair information available?	Yes	Perform repair or diagnosis according to the available repair information. If the vehicle is not repaired, go to the next step.
2		No	Go to the next step.
3	INSPECT EVAP SYSTEM LEAK DETECTION PUMP HEATER Perform EVAP system leak detection pump inspection. (See EVAPORATIVE EMISSION (EVAP) SYSTEM LEAK DETECTION PUMP INSPECTION .) Is the EVAP system leak detection pump normal?	Yes	Replace the EVAP system leak detection pump, then go to the next step. (See EVAPORATIVE EMISSION (EVAP) SYSTEM LEAK DETECTION PUMP REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
3		No	Go to the next step.
4	VERIFY TROUBLESHOOTING OF DTC P2407 COMPLETED Make sure to reconnect all disconnected connectors. Clear the DTC from the PCM memory using the WDS or equivalent. Perform the evaporative emission test using the WDS or equivalent. (See EVAP SYSTEM LEAK INSPECTION USING WDS OR EQUIVALENT .) Is the same DTC present? NOTE: If evaporative system test function is not available, perform the following procedure: Perform the EVAP System Repair Verification Drive Mode. (See OBD-II DRIVE MODE .) Is the PENDING CODE the same as the DTC present?	Yes	Replace the PCM, then go to the next step. (See PCM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
4		No	Go to the next step.
5	VERIFY AFTER REPAIR PROCEDURE Perform "AFTER REPAIR PROCEDURE". (See AFTER REPAIR PROCEDURE .) Is there any DTC present?	Yes	Go to the applicable DTC inspection. (See DTC TABLE .)
5		No	Troubleshooting completed.
