Ignition Switch: Service and Repair
IGNITION SWITCHCaution: Do not remove the ignition lock cylinder and the ignition switch at the same time or damage to the column can result.
Removal and Installation
1. Remove the upper steering column shroud.
2. Remove the lower steering column shroud.
1. Remove the screws.
2. Remove the lower steering column shroud.
Note: Lower the steering column to the lowest tilt position.
3. Remove the ignition switch.
1. Press the two tabs.
2. Pull the ignition switch outward.
4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
