CRUISE CONTROL DEACTIVATOR SWITCH REMOVAL / INSTALLATION





Removal and Installation

Caution:
Do not press the brake pedal when removing or installing the cruise control deactivator switch or damage to the switch will occur.

1. Disconnect the cruise control deactivator switch electrical connector.
2. Rotate the cruise control deactivator switch counterclockwise 45 degrees and remove it. Disconnect the electrical connector.

Note:
The cruise control deactivator switch is selfadjusting. Do not press the brake pedal during installation. Initial installation of the cruise control deactivator switch allow for one adjustment. If additional adjustments are necessary, install a new cruise control deactivator switch.

3. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
