Rear Quarter Window Glass: Installation

NOTE:
  • Clean the area around the rear quarter window glass prior to installation.
  1. Install the rear quarter window glass.
    • Apply foam butyl to the window. Overlap the foam butyl by 25 mm (1 in) at the bottom middle of the rear quarter window glass.
  2. Install the 4 rear quarter window glass nuts.
    • Tighten to 2 N-m (0.2 kgf-m, 18 in-lbf).
    • Test the rear quarter window glass for water leaks.
  3. Install the rear door trim panel or quarter trim panel. See REAR DOOR TRIM PANEL .
