Rear Window Glass: Installation

NOTE:
  • Clean the area around the rear window glass prior to installation.
  1. Install the rear window glass.
    • Apply foam butyl to the window. Overlap the foam butyl by 25 mm (1 in) at the bottom middle of the rear window glass.
  2. Install the rear window glass nuts.
    • Tighten to 2 N-m (0.2 kgf-m, 18 in-lbf).
    • Test the rear window glass for water leaks.
  3. Install the headliner. See HEADLINER .

  4. Install the rear window glass garnish moulding.
