PINPOINT TEST 2: RESTRAINTS CONTROL MODULE (RCM) DOES NOT RESPOND TO THE DIAGNOSTIC TOOLNormal Operation
The RCM communicates with the WDS or equivalent tester through the international standards organization (ISO) 9141 communication network circuit (LB/W). If circuit (LB/W) becomes open or shorted to ground communications to that module are not possible. Check circuit (LB/W) between the RCM 0810-101 and the data link connector (DLC) D-01. The total resistance value must not be more than 5 ohms. If the resistance is more than 5 ohms, there is an open in circuit (LB/W), damage to the DLC D-01, or damage to the RCM 0810-101.

CAUTION: Use the correct probe adaptor(s) when making measurements. Failure to use the correct probe adaptor(s) may damage the connector.
