Removal and Installation

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. See LIFTING .
NOTE:
- If necessary, lubricate the HO2S with lock lubricant to assist in removal.
Using the Exhaust gas oxygen sensor socket SST , remove the HO2S.

Tightening torque:

40 Nm {4.1 kgf-m, 30 ft-lbf}
NOTE:
- Apply a light coat of anti-seize lubricant to the threads of the HO2S.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
