Crankshaft PulleyCrankshaft pulley lock bolt
Tighten the new crankshaft pulley lock bolt in four steps.
Tighten to 120 Nm (12.2 kgf-m, 88.5 ft-lbf).
Loosen 360° (one full turn) in reverse order.
Tighten to 47-53 Nm (4.8-5.4 kgf-m, 35-39 ft-lbf).
Tighten 85°-95°.
Auto-Tensioner
5) Chain tensioner
Tightening torque 8.5-11.5 Nm (87-117 kgf-cm, 76-101 in-lbf)
Engine Front Cover
Tighten the engine front cover and No.3 engine mount bracket installation bolts in 4 steps in the order shown in the figure.
Tightening Torque:
Tighten the engine front cover installation bolts in the order in 2 steps in the order shown in the figure.
