Pulley boss torque 300-340 Nm (222-250 ft lbs)







Water Pump


Exhaust Manifold
Tightening torque 42 - 60 Nm (4.3 - 6.1 kgf-m, 31 - 44 ft-lbf)








Oil Pump

Intake Manifold

Note
- The engine must be removed to remove the intake manifold.

- Remove in the order indicated in the table.




Install in the reverse order of removal.

Loosen the bolts in the order shown in the figure.




Tighten the bolts in the order shown in the figure

Retighten the No.1 bolt after tightening all bolts.

Tightening torque
18.6-25.5 N.m (1.8-2.6 kgf-m, 13.7-18.9 ft-lbf)

Flex-Plate





Tighten the drive plate mounting bolts in two or three steps.
Tightening torque 41.2 - 61.8 Nm (30.4 - 45.5 ft.lbs.)
