Power Brake Assist: Service and Repair

POWER BRAKE UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Remove the battery and battery tray.
2. Remove the master cylinder.
3. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
4. Install in the reverse order of removal.
5. Inspect the brake pedal. (See BRAKE PEDAL INSPECTION.) Testing and Inspection
6. After installation, add brake fluid, bleed the air, and inspect for fluid leakage.
