Removal and Installation

1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. See Lifting.

2.
NOTE:If necessary, lubricate the HO2S with lock lubricant to assist in removal.Using the Exhaust gas oxygen sensor socket SST, remove the HO2S.




Tightening torque:40 Nm {4.1 kgf-m, 30 ft-lbf}

3.
NOTE:Apply a light coat of anti-seize lubricant to the threads of the HO2S.To install, reverse the removal procedure.
