Rear Window Glass: Installation

NOTE:

Remove as much as possible of the foam core butyl from the body and rear window glass prior to installation.

Install the rear window glass.
- Apply foam butyl to the window. Overlap the foam butyl by 25 mm (1 in) at the bottom middle of the rear window glass.
Install the rear window glass nuts.
- Tighten to 2 N-m (0.2 kgf-m, 18 in-lbf).
- Test the rear window glass for water leaks.
Install the headliner. See Headliner .
