Cargo Compartment Light Switch Inspection

Remove the liftgate lower trim. (See LIFTGATE LOWER TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Disconnect the cargo compartment light switch connector.
Inspect for continuity between the cargo compartment light switch terminals using an ohmmeter.
- If not as specified, replace the liftgate lock.
