Climate Control Unit Installation - Manual Air Conditioner

CLIMATE CONTROL UNIT INSTALLATION [MANUAL AIR CONDITIONER]

1. Install the wire clamp to A/C unit.

2. Install E-ring to each wire.

3. Pass each wire through the following routes and connect to A/C unit.






4. Connect the climate control unit connector, fan switch connector.

5. Install the climate control unit.

6. Connect each wire to A/C unit.

7. Install the center panel module. Center Panel Removal/Installation

8. Install the following parts:
a. Column cover Service and Repair

b. Glove compartment Service and Repair

c. Side panel (passenger's side) Side Panel Removal/Installation

d. Lower panel Lower Panel Removal/Installation

e. Hood release lever Service and Repair

f. Front console Front Console Removal/Installation

g. Selector lever component (ATX) Service and Repair

h. Shift lever component (MTX) Service and Repair

i. Side wall Side Wall Removal/Installation

j. Front side trim Front Side Trim Removal/Installation

k. Front scuff plate Front Scuff Plate Removal/Installation

9. Connect the negative battery cable.

10. Install the battery cover. Removal and Replacement

E-ring Installation Note

1. Install the wires as shown in the figure.
