ENGINE DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY [L5]

1. Remove the joint shaft. Joint Shaft Removal/Installation

2. Remove the engine from the transaxle. (See Automatic Transaxle Removal/Installation - FS5A-EL (ATX).) Manual Transaxle Removal/Installation - G66M-R

3. Remove the generator. Removal and Replacement

4. Remove the exhaust system. Service and Repair

5. Remove the EGR valve. Service and Repair

6. Remove the intake-air system. Service and Repair

7. Remove the fuel injectors. Service and Repair

8. Remove the ignition coils. Service and Repair

9. Remove the crankshaft position (CKP) sensor. Service and Repair

10. Remove the drive belt auto tensioner.






11. Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
