Timing Cover

Tighten the engine front cover bolts in the order in 2 steps in the order shown in the figure.






Tightening torque
Step 1 Tighten to 10 Nm {102 kgf-cm, 89 in-lbf}.
Step 2 Tighten to 20-28 Nm {2.1-2.8 kgf-m, 15-20 ft-lbf}.
