Knock Sensor: Testing and Inspection

KNOCK SENSOR (KS) INSPECTION [LF, L5]

Resistance Inspection

1. Remove the battery cover. Removal and Replacement

2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

3. Disconnect the KS connector.

4. Measure the resistance between the KS terminals A and B using an ohmmeter.

- If not as specified, replace the KS.
