Knock Sensor: Service and Repair

KNOCK SENSOR (KS) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 2.0, MZR 2.5]

1. Remove the battery cover. Removal and Replacement

2. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Removal and Replacement

3. Remove the plug hole plate. Plug Hole Plate Removal/Installation

4. Remove the intake manifold. Service and Repair

5. Disconnect the KS connector.

6. Remove the KS.






7. Install in the reverse order of removal.
