Neutral Safety Switch: Testing and Inspection

NEUTRAL SWITCH INSPECTION [MZR 2.0, MZR 2.5]

Continuity Inspection

1. Remove the battery cover. Removal and Replacement

2. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Removal and Replacement

3. Disconnect the neutral switch connector. G35M-R G66M-R

4. When the shift lever is in neutral and in a position other than neutral, verify that the continuity between neutral switch terminals A and B is according to the following table:






- If not as verified, replace the neutral switch. G35M-R G66M-R
