Outer Mirror Garnish Removal/Installation
- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the outer mirror glass from the outer mirror. (See OUTER MIRROR GLASS REMOVAL .) (See OUTER MIRROR GLASS INSTALLATION .)
- Pinch the end of the tab which is visible using needle-nose pliers, and release the tab by pressing it toward the vehicle front (7 locations).
- Grasp the upper side of the outer mirror garnish and remove it by pulling it in the direction of the arrow.
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
