Mirror Base Removal
- Remove the rearview mirror. (See REARVIEW MIRROR REMOVAL .)
- Wind each end of the piano wire around a bar.
WARNING:
- Always wear gloves when using piano wire. Using piano wire with bare hands can cause injury.
NOTE:- Use a long sawing action over the whole length of the piano wire to prevent it from breaking due to localized heating.
- Remove the base by cutting the sealant along the perimeter using a sawing action.
