Manifold Absolute Pressure (Map) Sensor Removal/Installation

  1. Remove the battery cover. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 2.5] .)
  2. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 2.5] .)
  3. Remove the fresh-air duct (No.2). (See INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  4. Disconnect the MAP sensor connector.
  5. Remove the MAP sensor.

  6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
